The Host

A US officer serving in South Korea orders that bottles of formaldehyde be disposed of in the Han River, which runs through the center of Seoul. Five years later, something emerges from the water, wreaks havoc and captures the daughter of a n’ere-do-well fast-food stand owner, who sets out to save his child.
