The success of the Israeli Air Force in the attack on Iran, in which hundreds of sorties and aerial battles took place, marks a point in time just before the story that begins three decades earlier – with one female pilot who changed herself, her surroundings, and the Israeli army. At the age of 22, Alice Miller arrives at the Nevatim Airbase, a combat pilot determined to prove that women can be accepted as combat soldiers just like men. Her struggle against the establishment and the resistance she faces from her fellow soldiers turns into a personal and social battle for gender equality.
Alice is willing to break through walls, but a question arises about the price she will pay along the way. What secret from her past is she hiding, and to what extent will it affect her mission, her comrades, and her family? Through daring missions, moments of action, and personal vulnerability, Adva Dadon, Ami Tayar, and Rinat Klein present the story of young people searching for meaning behind the battle and the roaring engines.
