A man wanders northern Tehran, picking up hitchhikers. He offers them a reward if they help him end his life. The only one to respond is a not-so-young man who teaches him a lesson or two about life and its meaning, forcing our protagonist to decide his future. Taste of Cherry is an unassuming and gorgeous film about life and death.
