When Shoshana's father opposes her marriage to truck driver Moshe, she takes advantage of his trip abroad to escape to her lover, but when it seems that he was killed in an accident, his mother kicks her out of the house. The lovers part ways, only to meet again, after many twists and turns, several years later. George Ovadiah offers plenty of twists, turns, emotional ups and downs that completely captivated the Israeli audience in the early 1970s, much to the dismay of the local critics.
