Albert Markovsky is an environmentalist who manages to rope the supermarket chain "Huckabees" into ecological initiatives. The spokesman of the company is willing to get into the idea, but only for public relations. Meanwhile, Albert is bothered by the strange presence of an African student in his life and hires a pair of private eyes to figure out the connection between the various events in his life.
