Shortly after Fukushima, Yoriko's husband leaves the house and disappears. Time passes, she dedicated herself to a support group, almost a cult, headed by a doubtful priestess who preaches about the importance of water in life. This allows Yoriko to shape her life to a degree of serenity. But when said husband reenters her life, when her son visits, when a customer at work takes his anger out on her - Yoriko must find a way to reestablish her path. Director Naoko Ogigami presents, with touches of compassion, a heroine who faces crises of life in Japan: old age, loneliness, suppressed emotions, and a search for meaning and faith.
