Israel, Netherlands, Jordan 2018 | 55 minutes | Hebrew | English, Arabic subtitles
A Palestinian chemist decides to move from his Arab village to Kibbutz Ketura in southern Israel. The founders of the kibbutz are former members of Young Judea - a Zionist youth movement in the United States - who immigrated to Israel as a group and settled in the desert, vowing to “change the world” and the State of Israel. Will the family’s transition to the kibbutz succeed? Will the small desert kibbutz create a new chance for Israeli society as a whole?
