The Investigation

Dir.: RP Kahl
| 241 minutes

In 1965, playwright Peter Weiss adapted the Frankfurt Auschwitz trial in a documentary style to the theater. The play, which is reduced to a lyrical lament, confronts the victims and their perpetrators and provides a look at the horrors of Auschwitz. The Investigation  brings the original text to life on the big screen.
