A collection of short animated films inspired by Pirkei Avot
Ethics, morals, virtues and the way of the land, are only some of the values that emerge from the Pirkei Avot, one of the most exciting and foundational works in Jewish culture. These pearls, which became tongue-in-cheek and stemmed from the life motto of the writers and their unique worldview, were a source of inspiration for the adaptation to the screen and the creation of ten animated films for children.
The screening will be accompanied by a lecture and conversation with the filmakers
