Ghosts

Istanbul, on the eve of a military coup and political struggles, is the setting for Ghost that takes place during one day. This is the story of four completely different characters: a mother whose son is in prison, a young woman committed to her dance career, an activist artist, and a cunning middle-aged man. They all live in the same neighborhood, which is in the midst of a gentrification process on its way to becoming the "New Turkey." Winner of Venice International Film Critics' Week.
