Denmark, Sweden, France, Mongolia 2023 | 85 minutes | Mongolian | Hebrew, English subtitles

A seven-year-long odyssey through the Mongolian underworld. Gerel heads a group of young neo-nationalist women, who do not shy away from violence. The film follows our heroine as she vacillates between struggles over the nature of her homeland and her position as a daughter and a mother. It is also the story of a nomadic community struggling for its identity and freedom in a changing country. This powerful and engrossing story touches on universal struggles of love, sacrifice, identity, and belonging.
