Converts: The Odyssey of Becoming Jewish follows several individuals as they undergo the conversion process. Diana discovered her Spanish-Portuguese Jewish roots while in high-school in Costa Rica. Adam was raised as a Pentecostal Christian in Toronto but started questioning his beliefs as a teenager. Bianka, from Warsaw, sought community and an intellectual approach to spirituality. All are searching for identity and connection. Through their conversion process, we are exposed to a range of ideas and practices. Along the way, we meet the teachers and guides and the community they seek to join.
