On Friday morning, September 13, 2024, three women heard knocks on their doors. All were active in protests against Yuli Edelstein, then Chair of the Israeli Parliament’s powerful Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. Police officers were waiting for them, and as they later testified, “they came to take me.” In the chaos following the outbreak of the Israel–Gaza war, the women recount what happened to them that day. The film traces a chain reaction of events involving anti-government demonstrators, senior and junior police officers, members of Edelstein’s congregation, and the politician himself.
