L’homme du train

A mysterious and laconic man steps off the train in a provincial town. By chance he runs into a retired teacher who is his exact opposite. Over the following days the two very different men develop an unlikely relationship. This is veteran French director Patrice Leconte’s sensitive commentary on masculinity, aging and fate.
